Ever since the Fae entered the story I have been getting the feeling that her name 'Castel Enora' had a bit of a Fae sound to it.

this comic made me post. Man when she used all three names like that i knew it was on for a moment there. Momma was pissed. Scary!

yeah, especially when the first time we saw the "Mom Voice" used, she only used their first and middle names... this time she even used the LAST name... whoo-boy she's spun up!WilliamCA wrote:this comic made me post. It occurs to me that, in context, the use of first & middle names might be worse than the use of all three names.
Because using "Gilchrist" re-asserts the bond between them.
And Castela is a little girl with abandonment issues. However scary it may be, the fact that Mom is using Mom Voice to reassert that bond would likely be at least somewhat reassuring.
