Indeed. Even though nothing was detected by a full sweep of my MS Security Essentials AND the free trial of AVG I just installed. Also, AVGs firewall didn't pick up anything suspicious when I went to the site again, so I'm confounded.

Sheesh, all this hullabaloo just because I wanted to share a goofy visual pun. :| Well, that's life.

do note it IS free(choose your options carefully on the website, and look out for tickboxes, if you dont want extras... :P ), to home users, you just have to register every 6 months or so... :)

Could be an ad rotator.

Or could be a since removed ad. :-P
perl -e 'print "Just another Perl ${\(trickster and hacker)},";'

The Sidhekin proves that Sidhe did it!

I tried Avast! (and Avira) once or twice; it was irritating enough that i went back to AVG.

Firefox plus the free NoScript extension is another effective option. The biggest disadvantage of NoScript (if you see it as such) is that it's very strict... by default it blocks all Javascript and etc. on all sites not on its whitlist, and you have to enable scripting on a per-domain basis.

Yeah, it was. I forget if I heard it on a Laugh-In rerun, or Hollywood Squares.
