Poor Monica...looks like the bikini string had already started melting before Euryale could thaw her out...and her brain seems to be a bit melty too. I wonder how quickly she'll snap out of this.

I suspect the only "cure" for her issue is a remedy from a book you can only find at a certain library.

It looks like more than the crazy is loose.

Regarding the string I'm pretty sure the care instruction on the laundry tag should read, "Do not freeze dry." Even after being thawed, it's likely it was broken down by the drastic changes in temperature. The stress on that particular string led it to be the first to go.

Regarding her being confused, well brain freeze only affects a remarkably small protion of you.
COMPLETE brain/body freeze on the other hand should require a significant amount of time to recover.

dont know about shaken, but i think she will need depth charged of air to bring her Slowly back from being incoherent depending on how she was fast she was unfrozen due being in a warm place, i suspect Euryal flash froze her so fast that the oxygen discharged and she couldn't breath during the flash frozen,so i would have to say with drinking analogy we can come up would be in fact..
