I don't remember the exact sequence of events, but I know Lily had black bat wings. . . .
I just had a look, and I don't find that . . . several times that her hair or coat looked sort of like wings, and the succubus had wings, but not Lily.
Yep, those sure look like wings to me... and right in the sequence mentioned by Glytch (the shooting match takes place on the subsequent two comics).
Dangit. I missed the lower edge, so I thought it was mountains in the background.

Guess I shouldn't have posted after being up 24 hours straight.

I think Paul explained that they were fgurative or virtual wings that really old vampires can manifest but not actually use to fly.

Still wings. If they exist in-universe and are not just an artistic thing, they are eligible for the prophesy.

I recall one that had something like two dozen wings. It. . .was less than a total success.
What did they do, throw a venetian blind?

(I've contemplated a bogus ad using one as a multiblade razor...)

According to Wikipedia, a replica appears in the opening sequences of "Those Magnificent Men in Their Flying Machines"...

That was 1904. In 1907 he built one with two hundred wings that actually flew.

Okay, they didn't throw a venetian blind - they attached one to a bicycle and mounted a lawnmower engine & blade on the back.
