well I think the due response is this..... :/DSL wrote:So a grown-up Castela walks into a bar and the bartender says:

Castela says, "That's not right. You can't do that. Besides, I'm a vine."
Bartender says, "Vine, string, whatever. You have to leave."
And Castela leaves, but paces angrily up and down the sidewalk, finally noticing that she's not only coming undone, but that her ends are unraveled and her middle is all tangled up. She scrunch scrunch scrunches back into the bar, and the bartender says:
"Say ... aren't you that string?"
"No," Castela says. "I'm a frayed knot."

Reasonable story pun. The board usually goes with quickies usually. You do need an pun jar account and use the long pun fee schedule. If the pun jar is ignored it's robotic fee collector will find you and stomp on your dictionary. We call it pun-jar the element boy.DSL wrote:So a grown-up Castela walks into a bar and the bartender says:

Drops one crossed eyed caterpillar into the jar. (This is from the obscure pun fee schedule)
Ambush questions are fun. Watching the mental impact of them as they distort, or crumble, opinions based on faulty logic.

Holy cow, how have I never commented on here before now???
I do believe that we've had to add a couple dimensions to the Pun Vault repository thanks to today.

On the other hand, she's probably going to be used to her life unraveling.Opus the Poet wrote:When Castela falls apart, she really falls apart, doesn't she?
Next thing you know, Kath will be objecting that her girls are growing like weeds.

A grown-up Castela is a awesome concept to think about! I hope the Square, and us readers, stick around long enough to see that!DSL wrote:So a grown-up Castela walks into a bar and the bartender says:

At least we now know what was happening when Atsali made Castela cry, she was coming apart.
