This too shall pass, after all, hair does grow. But this page is making me think that we are going to get another human regular character, and I think she will be a good one.

I recall Tina musing about that question herself. Even she doesn't know what her/their eventual fate will be.

Oh No!!!
I do not like the new hair cut for Tina ...
I know the charters are developing and changing. This change, I will have to watch it for a few weeks (if Tina is shown again in the next 15-20 post).
(Maybe she will explain the change ... I will wait to see.)
