In the movie, "Puma Man," the "hero" is given a belt by an Aztec (who lives in the Andes for some reason) that turns him into the man-god Puma Man, whose abilities include flying. It was riffed by Mystery Science Theater 3000, and I feel this riff is somewhat apropos.

Kidding aside, I'm guessing Paul is going with the Mesoamerican concept of jaguars being thought of as being able to travel both the living world and the spirit world as was pointed out by people yesterday.

I'm in that group too. I suspect many of us are. Be not afraid--all will be revealed in time. Or else, other more pressing issues will come up to distract us.
