Pretty much.
That's the peacock spider. They're roughly a tenth the size of the average human thumbnail. The males are the brightly colored ones and they actually do a dance shaking their abdomen, while waving their third pair of legs in the air.


There's another newly discovered member of Jumping spider with similar "paddles" on the 3rd pair of the male's legs called the peekaboo spider ( Jotus remus )

It's also worth mentioning that jumping spiders and wolf spiders are the smartest types of spider.

while looking at the page about the Peek-a-boo spider, i saw this in the sidebar blurbs about other articles: City of the Jaguar

Pretty sure it'd be a "high two" being that most species of spider have two claws on each foot
