But, do you have the nifty head-to-floor robe, that sparkles when you move, and lights up when you speak? The one with the built-in sound-effects generator?

If so, please tell me where you got it. I want one, to wear while attending some particularly difficult software-design meetings. I think it may require the moxie of a Vorlon to get a proper decision made... :(

Indeed, I often, internally, add anatomically correct 'adjustments' to the characters, for my own amusement and enjoyment, in the spirit of a certain Misters Crumb & Bakshi.

That said, and yet having no desire to offend, consider the effects of a cold shower to the proceedings...

Actually her usual hairstyle is much more sophisticated. Because it has to change relative to the observer, it needs to be a non-collapsed wave state in non-Euclidian space.

This is just a ponytail.

"Adjustments," which likely is to say, "projections."

It's not cold in here, is it?

Glad I'm not the only one whose mind went "there". Of course since there is a fruiting lesbian tree in the back of the church I go to (it is so nice to be able to pick fresh lesbians in season) my mind goes "there" all the time. :ugeek:

Seriously, there is an old tree in the back of the church that used to get filled with lesbians during our Friday night drum jams during the summer, especially when we had the tub of water on the opposite side of the patio from the fire pit and the drummers.

To be fair, there is no need for them in this scene. In panels 3 and 4, Nadette is obscured by Atsali. And Atsali is wearing one of Lydia's engineering marvels, so no ventral hints of arousal are likely to punch through the bulletproof fabric.

Nadine's little soliloquy in the last panel is very interesting.
Nadette wrote:Oh-oh my. It - lt looks like it, oh my, it worked. Oh dear, it worked.
Yes, sure, she could be talking about the pendant, but remember she is a seer. She may have seen that a tongue in the ear coupled with an overhand grope would start Atsali down Nadette's path of amour. What's particularly interesting is the way she phrases it. The first "oh my" seems to be a bit surprised, like she wasn't sure it would work. The second "oh my" seems to be in reaction to a sudden rush of arousal. And then "oh dear" seems to hint that she realizes that now that this set of events has been put in motion, the sailing will be less-than-smooth (as she may have also foreseen).

In any event, I wonder if Jacob going to be elbowed out of the picture before we even catch sight of him. (Fine by me.)

Heh. I immediately thought of the Evil Diva page where Diva is talking to her angel friend, Michelle, and freaking out over the thought of possibly kissing her crush, Gabe (who is an angel, and, unknown to any of the teen characters in the comic except Diva, her cousin ... it's complicated) - particularly the final three panels thereof:

That one launched a few ships...

{Diva and Michelle are Atsali and Nadette's age, BTW}

Girls kissing girls in web comics everywhere! DoA, Gunnerkrigg court, Menage a 3, Shotgun Shuffle, Go Get a Roomie. OK, it happens a lot in some of those, but my point is:

I demand that this must... be an anual event, or something. Or monthly. Weekly might be too much, or not.

"It worked!" and by that she clearly means "get a chance to kiss and feel up Atsali" ;)

I hope the talisman is waterproof.

I thought the Ursamorphs were top level shapeshifters.
Here we see one 'losing it'.
It couldn't be that the talisman is 'Zero-Sum' could it?

I suppose she has a right to bear ears.
