I love the lighting effects in the last panel today... the sunlight streaming through the window, the shadows cast by the window framing, and the sense that there's dust or haze in the Library air which really makes the sunbeams stand out. It goes well with the emotional tone of that last panel... Cricket's awed realization that "it's not as dark as it seemed" and that Monica isn't about to disassemble her into giblets for having downsized M's dog
