Hmmm... I'm a little puzzled. But googling horses and Steamboat I get this very interesting article...

I think I found the perfect vehicle to represent Tina - and may give insight as to how she managed to run over her own arm parallel parking:

...and then there was the Land Rover commercial showing it as a family car all 'round the world, ending with a clip set in Africa, where the mother says (in Swahili, i suppose) "If I have to turn this car around..."
