They're still out on loan. I understand the President's Men borrowed them, for their "visit" to his former doctor, when they demanded all of the President's medical records and didn't bother to present proper authorization paperwork.

Tina is casting her searing, authoritative, 'x-ray vision into your soul' type Seeing into each and every one of you.

And she's got that look on her face...

OK, so it ain't the 29th yet, and even so, there's been a lot of Tina (in more ways than one...) on the eBay lately.

She's one of my favorites, and I like the fact that Paul arts her as a grow'd up lady, helps balance out the Atsali/Castela young'ns that are the mainstream of the strip these days.

Lets look a bit into a part of Tina's Evolution & growth as a character...

You know, she was partially responsible for Tina becoming "who she is now". She apparently knew about the plans to take the Calendar Machine out of service, and she knew Tina 1.0 (damn in-laws) was getting sick and tired of it all. So, she manipulated Tina and M's "demise meeting."

That actually brings up a point: was Tina 1.0 the only other person (besides Jin) who knew about every single Calendar Machine reset?

I do ponder. Thou dost ponder. That person behind the tree doth ponder. All the plurals do ponder.

If all this pondering happened yesterday then I did, thou didst, and I'm not sure what the person behind the tree was up to.

If you ponder in Italy, and it's a large type ponder, is that a ponderosa? I pine to learn the answer.

Thx Warri < insert Fred Flinstone mumble at finding out I'm doing it wrong >

I often travel a 'snake trail' from the State Highway to a valley further inland, away from the coast.
Along the way the Eel River is the main feature, what with it's canyons carved and far but near majestic vistas, covered with... Pine trees. (And Oak, and lots of other stuff too...)

There is a particular point in the road where I start, quite involuntarily, humming the theme to Bonanza...

It's been a little while, but the Random Button has magical powers...

Here is a run I've spotlighted before, but Deja Vu all over again...

Start HERE, and proceed forward a few or five strips after the preamble to see the arc w/ Tina all revealed and stuff...

Tina's character seems to be putting on weight, in a good way, sim. to the evolution that Katherine went through...

Here is an Arc that started just past New Years', 2012.

It's got Tina, of course, but it's really kind of centered around the Monica/Shelly dynamic, esp Shelly, and her coming to terms with her 'Sphynx-ness'.
Still, note that Tina shows off some of her 'otherworldlyness' when it counts...

Also note that Bud will be making a cameo appearance, via ShellyVision.

Starts Here:

runs about eight entries or so...
