"Who ya gonna call?"
"Someone else."
Wow, nobody pulled out a Casper reference yet. Or a Ghostbusters one, for that matter.
Add flour, stir...ze plot, it thickens...

You know, with all this happening, I'm a bit afraid of tomorrow. You know, Friday, the day of the hanging off the cliff?
Oh, and some people forgot to pay the pun jar... you know who you are

OK -- I'll admit that I predicted incorrectly from the past couple days. Shelly *did* know what to expect from this episode. I just hope she can help M figure out how to reintegrate her soul-self and her body. (Thinking Raven from Teen Titans.)

In the movie, "Puma Man," the "hero" is given a belt by an Aztec (who lives in the Andes for some reason) that turns him into the man-god Puma Man, whose abilities include flying. It was riffed by Mystery Science Theater 3000, and I feel this riff is somewhat apropos.
"You know, I hate to be picky, but pumas aren't really known for flying," - Mike Nelson
Kidding aside, I'm guessing Paul is going with the Mesoamerican concept of jaguars being thought of as being able to travel both the living world and the spirit world as was pointed out by people yesterday.
Still... You know, I hate to be picky, but pumas aren't really known for puking up their ectoplasmic form...

Monica, giving new meaning to Lights are on but nobody's home....
and cool, Paul proved me wrong again, she is THE Jaguar girl, not A Jaguar girl..... this means she is the "chosen one" yet again....

Monica, bringing new meaning to the term Ghost-busters (c8. Drops a slightly used Proton Pack into the pun dimension.

Which is good, because if she were dead, you'd have trouble finding pockets in her outfit to go through looking for loose change.Casey wrote:I believe she is what you would call "only mostly dead."
On the other hand, just because she's a spirit doesn't mean she doesn't want to throw up.
It's always worse when you have to heave, and there's nothing to bring up.
Besides, she already barfed a light beam.
(Hmmmm. Does that qualify as "The Unbearable Lightness of Being"?)
[tosses my loose change into the jar.]

Well, at least, we're moving forward with the story... even if only because they can't find 'Reverse'...chibichibi01 wrote:It's worse than that, it's physics, Jim!Atomic wrote:There's Klingons off the starborard bow, starboard bow, starboard bow! There's too much quoting of, "Star Trekin' Across the Universe." I hear Frank Zappa's, "Goblin Girl," in conjunction with Jaguar Girl.

I'm in that group too. I suspect many of us are. Be not afraid--all will be revealed in time. Or else, other more pressing issues will come up to distract us.donoho wrote:Am I the only one who has NO IDEA what a Jaguar Girl is?!?

And the irony of the situation just hit me. Monica doesn't believe in ghosts. And now she is one.
