I keep wondering if mirrored sunglasses would prevent things like this from happening to Monica.

Way to go Euryale! Put a little to much sauce on that chicken again.

There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Sounds as if Monica might benefit from access to techniques for disrupting and desensitizing new memories of frightening experiences.

Why do I keep thinking of this song?

Definitely a classic!shadowinthelight wrote:Why do I keep thinking of this song?
My own favorite along these lines (rather less well known) is this one. "Will you stand by me against the cold night, or are you afraid of the ice?"
Re: Before She Melts 2012-09-20
Yeah, there's a very real risk that you might not get back exactly the same person that was there, before he or she was frozen. Some slight changes might be noticed.Mark N wrote:Thanks, now my head hurts from trying to see all the possibilities of that. Talk about a make over.CraigR wrote:They better hurry, or Monica is gonna lose her toes and fingers. The smallest bits melt first.
This has been bothering me for a while: Could Euryale freeze someone, let them melt, collect the water, pour it in an ice mold shaped like the person, freeze it, and then revive them?

That's surprisingly morbid, considering 'who' the ice would have been. Everyone's turning into Phix lately.zachariah wrote:Considering it's tropical water they better move fast or it's goona be who want Ice in their tea.

Quite the opposite. Phix's meal was still nice and warm.sonicthunder wrote:That's surprisingly morbid, considering 'who' the ice would have been. Everyone's turning into Phix lately.zachariah wrote:Considering it's tropical water they better move fast or it's goona be who want Ice in their tea.

And still no one has commented on Euryale's icy stare?

Seriously (haha), nobody mentioned the snakes? I *love* them... okay, not looking at me, I prefer my body warm, but their expressions: wonderful.

Not even duct tape can fix stupid. But it can muffle the noise.
