Yeah, umm, all I got for Katherine is the vulgar compliment: MILF (it's probably the ponytail)

Re: Aunt Tina 2014-04-08
It's really rather great to see how much more alive she looks now, than in the years before the Big Adventure. Having somebody to love and care for (other than just a lactose-intolerant Betta) has really done wonders.shadowinthelight wrote:Yeah, umm, all I got for Katherine is the vulgar compliment: MILF (it's probably the ponytail)
Any bets as to what "healthy snacks" would be, when we're talking about a Whatsit? I hope it isn't those ^#@*% spirulina crackers again

Katherine looks all wibbly wobbly, timey wimey... you know, that Doctor Who statement... LOL
Oh yeah... Monica is Medicatamipated... LOL

I love the "Screeeeccchhh!" arrival.
Not even duct tape can fix stupid. But it can muffle the noise.

The inertial dampeners at the Library must be off.
Now we get to see how many Katherine's Tina can see.....

I agree, but if you have to brake to a halt on arrival it could be awfully painful if you have bare feet.Fairportfan wrote:I love the "Screeeeccchhh!" arrival.

Naah. Kath was just having a bit of fun... running through the Library, and then sliding into the portal in her stocking feet.NOTDilbert wrote:The inertial dampeners at the Library must be off.

Between the ponytail and the look on her face, she looks younger, more innocent, less (emotionally?) burdened... It looks good on her.
I like that. Interesting suggestion.NOTDilbert wrote:Now we get to see how many Katherine's Tina can see.....

Ambush questions are fun. Watching the mental impact of them as they distort, or crumble, opinions based on faulty logic.

It's great to see Kath again (and she's lookin' good!), but I am concerned about little Castela. There has to be something more going on here when you examine her speech patterns over the last several strips. I'm concerned that there may be a lot more to the Whatsit than we (or the girls) know!

Re: Aunt Tina 2014-04-08
Yup Katherine (Kathy doesn't suit her for some reason) is looking good I agree, however just wait till "Mama Bear" tangles with Tina concerning her "little cub" and 'Healthy snax'. That may change if Tina is able to let Mom know about Castellas' morphing earlier.
******************* I was going to suggest Tina Fey Play Katherine in the movie version of "WAPSI SQUARE" but Fey is to short...but then again she pulled off being Sarah Palin. Oh well, guess it'll have to be Scarlett Johansen again.

I think now that all the ladies are there, they should burst out in a rousing chorus of "Hail, Hail the gang's all here!"

The gang's not all here yet - Gramma Lily and Aunt Suzy aren't there yet - probably still on duty back in MSP. But since mom's off work, they oughta be along shortly.JSStryker wrote:I think now that all the ladies are there, they should burst out in a rousing chorus of "Hail, Hail the gang's all here!"

That wasn't the sand making the noise.NOTDilbert wrote:How do you get the screeching sound effect on sand in stocking feet?!Dave wrote:Naah. It was the critically-endangered beach-burrowing screech owls that she accidentally skidded over.
You won't see them in the drawing, though. They have camo plumage, and resemble small mounds of beach sand. "The owls are not what they seem."
