Really? Consider Six and Seven.

And Five's celery...

Six and seven were garish, but not sloppy. They were tailored, even though both outfits left something to be desired. Colin Baker was a mad doctor, and the costume accentuated it. McCoy? His outfit was campy like a 60's Batman villain, but again, tailored correctly.

and if we are talking 'baggy', I think Four wins first place?

Four was a rather perfect Doctor, right down to the Jelly Babies and miles of scarf. Again, I'm talking about the trousers--the tailoring was ill done(if not a PSD) on 12. It looks scrunched up at the bottom, and a bit too tapered for comfort. It makes it look baggy and sloppy. Capaldi is too elegant to wear that slop. I am hoping there are better pictures to come, as that one stinks like a bad cheese.
