...I...

I... Don't know whether to support this or to start building an underground bunk-

Oh, wait. The roots could probably get me down there...

Well, I guess I'll have to hijack a space shut-
Dammit, they're all out of commission.

...ummm...

I, for one, welcome our new hybrid overlords...

I'm sure they will all be very happy to see us.

They can always use more fertilizer.

This is what comes of trying to figure out Castela: a delicious apocalypse. See, she is trouble!

Hmmm. . .I wonder how pickle garnish would go with exploded chili doomshrimp?

That reminds me of a very, VERY NSFW Nine Inch Nails music video. Nightmare Fuel of the very high octane variety.

Going by the few NIN videos I've seen, that doesn't narrow it down much. ;) Song?

Happiness in Slavery. I will not explain why the fertilizer comment made me think of it and I will not link to it. Only those with very strong stomachs (or just really hate men) should look for it.

Well, I found it. And I watched it. And I might never sleep again. I blame myself.

Well now you've piqued my curiosity. I don't know if/when I'll get a chance to watch the video, but I will...even though I don't hate men and my stomach is only situationally strong. :P

Remember, this is the Internet.
I went ahead and watched it. Some of the individual frames are about as bad as some of the classic shock-sites. But it's a video. It also has that "train wreck" factor... (Just can't look away)

I'm gonna go eat some crackers and drink some ginger ale. Ick. I'm glad I'm jaded enough by the Internet's antics to only require that, and not a toilet and an IV.

Let us also consider her status as a vegetative entity. Pickle's basically being vegetables after all.

I like pickled hard-boiled eggs - if possible in the juice beets had previously been pickled in. Just put peeled hard-boiled eggs in the (strained) beet brine (or in regular fresh pickling brine) - possibly with a dose of crushed red pepper - and seal - with a canner if you're gonna store 'em unrefrigerated, or just closed and in the icebox. The beet juice adds a little flavor, and a beautiful purple color.

*edit* Oh! And pickled hot sausages - Mmmm...

Castela might smell slightly of wild dill. A not-unpleasant fragrance you might encounter as you travel country back roads.
