Yes, I rather think they were. In fact, I wonder how much their attitude and behavior towards Briar's friend may have contributed to her suicidal emotional state.

Speaking of exposed area, what is going on with her school uniform? There are gaps in her blouse, and her skirt seems to be riding up while her stockings are riding down. :?:

I'm wondering what actually happened . . . if maybe Briar's friend may have faked a suicide to set things up to induce an investigation . . .
