Evidence: Link

TL;DR: CPA results from investigation of sequestered Georgia voting machine: A test by equal number of votes for Biden and Trump resulted in 26% vote advantage to Biden. Further, a hand count comparison revealed machine given vote advantage to Biden.

Granted, this is one person's announcement of what should soon be publicly released information. If accurate, it implies that ALL Dominion voting machines are now suspect and need to be investigated. If multiple machines are found to be similarly deficient, then All Dominion voting machines everywhere should be declared untrustworthy and their results discarded.

If discarded, this puts the choice of Electors up to each State Legislature, IIRC. Related discussion Here.

I'd be more inclined to give this ANY credence if any credible news source {or even FOX Izvestia} had even MENTIONED it.

If it were real, i'd expect FOX to be all over it.

Today is Cure Day. States have to certify and select their electors by today to have their votes count.

Well, automated counting is unreliable, especially if the counting mechanism is understood only by a limited number of people. There is definitely a great chance of falsification. And what is interesting, you can blame it all on the imperfection of the program, some kind of system failures and the like.

Which is to say, the machine design is defective, it is consistently defective, and so untrustworthy. As the fundamental design is defective, the entirety of results from those machines are likewise untrustworthy.

The story now appears in a Georgia news site here.

Note also this story about Georgia Federal court dismissing a case on the premise it should have been filed "months" earlier.
Federal Judge wrote:“This suit could have been filed months ago at the time these machines were adopted. Instead, the plaintiffs waited until over three weeks after the election to file the suit. There’s no question in my mind that if I were to deny the motion to dismiss, the matter would be brought before the 11th Circuit, and the 11th Circuit would reverse me.”
Interesting to reason that the case should have been brought on potential, but once evidentiary results are available, it's too late. Why is that you ask?
Another Judge wrote:A previous court case in Georgia from August challenged the security of the Dominion voting machines. The judge opined that the plaintiffs accurately proved the machines’ vulnerability to hacking and fraud. However, the decision was reached only a month before the election. As a result, the judge stated that she had no choice but to allow use of the machines.
So, one judge agrees that the machines can be fiddled with, but it's too late now to change that. Then later, the Federal judge says it's too late now to challenge the results of fiddling. Lovely.

The State of Georgia says otherwise. As does the Associated Press.

Somebody obviously took the "37 votes" and "0.26" from the actual reports, then spun a totally fake story about what those numbers meant.

The original article cites a test run of an unspecified number of votes where the 37 vote error appears. The other article refers to 37 votes out of 14,000 ballots cast. Same number but different circumstances. The refutation is not clear, and nor is the original claim other than "a test."

Unresolved.

Audit by handcount matched the Machine's numbers.

And the Pennsylvania lawsuit was thrown out by the SCOTUS.

All 50 states + DC have certified their elections and resolved outstanding legal challenges.

And they have also determined their electors, as prescribed by state (and district in DC's case) laws.

The final tally: Biden 306 electoral votes, Trump 232 votes.

See you January 20, 2021.

I'd like to know how it is that everyone who voted for Biden still swears that nobody is calling for mass confiscation of guns and other crazy crap... when there is plenty of video of just about every Democratic candidate saying they were in favor of doing precisely that.

And they've also been saying that any magazine that holds more than ten rounds should be added to the NFA list of restricted items... meaning I would have to pay $200 for a tax stamp for EVERY such magazine that I have already, and if I so much as handed any of them to someone to hold it while I opened a door, that would be a felony charge.

Thanks.

Perhaps not.

“Justice Ginsburg recognized in Bush v. Gore that the date of ‘ultimate significance’ is January 6, when Congress counts and certifies the votes of the Electoral College,” the Trump lawyers argued. “The only fixed day in the U.S. Constitution is the inauguration of the President on January 20 at noon.” Link

State of Texas v Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. Link

It seems eight other states have joined the Texas pleading: Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota. Link

SCOTUS is the court of first hearing for all State v State suits. Given that nearly 1/5 of the States are pleading, it would be very hard to ignore it.

It's not hard to ignore if the entire premise is flagrantly unconstitutional.

I hope that the only reason why Alioto et al took this was to decide in no uncertain terms that this is a royal crock of shit.

Just a reminder: Socialism (gov't control of means of production) has been a failure since at least 1620. The Mayflower Pilgrims made a covenant with God to work the fields and share alike for the common good. They starved for the next several years. Eventually, Governor Bradford said the hell with it and directed everybody to till their own land to feed themselves. They quickly went from abject dependency on the Indian tribes to feed them to being able to share food with those same Indians -- the first Thanksgiving.

If a group of faithful people together can't make it work (due to all aspects of human frailty), then it ain't going to work. No matter how good it looks on paper, if it don't work, it don't work. And, I don't see anyone saying the Third Reich would have made National Socialism (central authority over private production) work if they only had the right Nazi in charge.
