Of course; I've watched a snake eat a mouse (and a two-headed snake eat two mice), I know it's the Circle of Life. But then again, those were previously deceased mice, eaten head first. They weren't staring out of thier consumer's mouth with what really appears to be genuine terror.

Heard of spiders big enough to catch birds in their nets; also heard of fishiing spiders who catch minnows in little nets stretched between their legs...

And people wonder why I have arachnophobia.

Frogs and toads will eat nearly anything they can fit in their mouth, given the opportunity. They are also notorious cannibals.
