Been getting the above error many many times today right now (12:00-12:30PM eastern) just trying to read the forum. (and it says there's only 3 live users.)
Sometimes clicking Refresh brings the page up. Other times it just repeats the error.
Sounds like your back end database needs a bounce.

Yeah, this is exactly what I was getting too. Seems to be OK now, though.
