Revisiting Wapsi Sculptures

Post by Wapsi »

Okay, show of hands, who all would be interested in buying another Wapsi character sculpture if I were to design something? Would anyone be interested in another pose of Monica?

Since it's been so long since I've done the sculpts, I'm wondering if I should do another Monica since I've gotten quite a few new readers as of late, then maybe Jin, Tina or Creepy Little Girl.

Oooh... a Creepy Little Girl sculpt could be extremely memorable! Although, you'd almost need half-a-dozen of them to do her full justice... starting at "rather cute" at one end, and "completely ghoulish" at the other.

Possibly one sculpt of her, with options for how she's painted up to appear? Empty-socketed, blood-dripping eyes being optional at the painter's choice?

EDIT: and having a Creepy Little Girl macquette, which could be posed and equipped as in the third panel here would be just too cute. I don't know if carving a sufficiently-small wooden annoyifier is within my skill level, but there has to be somebody around who could do one!

Second's the GG tryptich and Creepy nominations!

Shelly Sphinx would be a dandy, too!

I have my new design up now at Patch Together for voting. My wife came up with the cool idea of show both sides of Shelly's conscience by having her back to back with herself. In one hand she's holding the cup and ball game and in the other hand, Shelly's toy rabbit.

Please stop by and vote! =D

Yes, indeed she is! This would capture "both ends of the spectrum" of Connie's labile nature in one sculpture, and by implication everything in between as well... very nice!

I would also like to throw my vote in for the GGG triptych! :)

I'd also love a Dietzel & Dillan one (especially since I didn't get the first run of Dietzel)...or maybe a "Punk Yoga Poster Pose" Luci. :)
