Whenever she's not being all human-looking. When she's being all sireny, she's got pale skin and blue freckles, lips, mouth, blood, and who knows what else. When she's being all humany, then it all goes to more typical human shades. Though I wonder if her blood does; that might be tricky to manage.

I think there’s macroscopic shapeshifting (tail, wings, battle-form siren with beak and talons n shit) and illusion magic to cover the stuff like blood color.
