And he is still a growing boy! Imagine what the adults look like.

I would expect that the library’s filter for visitors would keep out those hostile to other visitors. It would be pretty hard to conduct quiet research if you were always running, hiding, or being eaten.

Can't tell. There wasn't an alphabetical label on those shelves.

kath must roll 2D10 to see if they sneak by successfully. Ash is fined 150XP for over active imagination and making up rules on the fly.

Kath rolls. It's a 6-5. Minotaur notices but is confused and asks mother to explain. They make it through the doorway.
They find themselves in and area of tiny twisted tunnels.

They exit the tunnel and find themselves in a clearing. To the north there is a small white house. There is a mailbox here.

Poor Minotaur. Atsali is really stretching here, isn't she? :) It actually kind of reminds me of listening to presentations in high school speech class. :P

Could also explain why Tsillah had to leave those Cerberus pups outside the library/annex. We saw how quickly they attacked Shelly and Officer TB, mayhaps such a filter barred them entrance.

The problem with such a filter is it would actually make Phix's actions seem even worse. It basically justifies the Apos she ate and the vampire she tried to straightup murder as non-hostile before she ever engaged them (sure, we know that about the vampires, but this means Phix would/should know that by default).

Call me Canadian (Eh?), but the first thing I thought of was that she made me think of Ann of Green Gables, but with adventure on the mind, instead of "romantic notions"...

A phrasing near and dear to my heart, as I spent quite a bit of spare time back in the late 1970s playing around with this stuff (specifically, developing Adventure 550 based on Crowther and Woods' original source material... it's fun to have the opportunity to stand on the shoulders of mythic giants!).

I can't help but wonder is Paul is sitting there with a bag of die and a Dungeon Master's manual beside him, deciding how next to proceed.

Tiny Twisted Tunnels? Ooooohh... sounds almost like the Keep in the Temple of Elemental Evil module. My name, Dily, is short for Dil'yn'rae which is Drow (dark elf) believe it or not.

Shouldn't Atsali have rolld to see if she stuck the landing or crashed and burned? LOL
You know that light at the end of the tunnel?

Yeah... it's a bullet. Sorry.
