Actually, more than one person has suggested the possibility, if only because of the markings that Tsillah's shadow usually has on her face.

From the way Tsillah is looking at Monica in the last panel she must be wondering if it is 'bath time'.

So Suzy and Lilly's new assignment is to teach Monica how to enunciate properly with fangs?

I think the ladies' assignment may be a bit more mundane, specifically for the purpose of being mundane. Getting Monica to focus on the non-supernatural aspects of her life might be the key to resuming her human form.

Looking at Suzie in the first frame and M in the second, it looks like their boobs are nearly the same size, but Suze is taller so hers don't appear to be quite so, um, prodigious. Maybe it's time for a bra fitting!
