Something I just thought of: when Digit was first transformed, it was said somewhere that she had the body of a 20yo. Weren't her breasts smaller back then? But then, most of that volume is adipose tissue, and the amount can still change...

I'm going to say that the vignettes show her having a normal day with Dietzel, including her normal high calorie diet. Somehow it all went to her boobs.
