Could be reference to Anubis, considering the situation. Probably just that vampires avoid referring to divinities.

But it is technically incorrect. Tsillah is her god now.

Oh hey. Tsillah has dogs. Lily's already ahead of the curve. Won't she be delighted.

Oh, but DJ she's such a CUTE creepy!!
No, she's not. Because (as TheSkulker also says) this cute figure you see is Tsillah's shadow, it's not Tsillah herself.

Maybe she just goes to the same church as Connie.

Doesn't personality count for anything? I'd hang out with her just for the shadow of her smile...

Not even duct tape can fix stupid. But it can muffle the noise.

Does the Pun Jar(TM) take fiat money for shadow payments?

Tsillah actually says, "I'm Death's daughter. My daddy is Charon....."
Charon IS the Boatman of the Underworld.

Perhaps, her MOTHER is Death? :o

And, if Death is female - lessee, are Jaguar Girls personifications of Death? Not saying Monica's her mom, but maybe one of Mon's female ancestors?

Knighttrap wrote: Hades/Pluto can't really be called death. Both of them are the rulers of the underworld. Charon ferries those that have died to the underworld. Much like the more "Modern" versions of Death-The Grim Reaper guides those that have died to the afterlife. The best description of death is not the act of being dead, but instead the journey of ones soul to the afterlife. At least thats how I've always seen it.
The technical term is "Psychopomp" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psychopomp#Greek, a being that guides the dead to the afterlife. The most well-known versions (in the west, at least), are the Grim Reaper, as you mention, or the Valkyries of Norse mythology.

Tsilla reminds me of the 12th angel ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_An ... ion#Leliel ) from Neon Genesis Evangelion, where the visible "Angel" was just the shadow of the real Angel, which was a black, shadow-like puddle on the ground

...but Tsilla is way cuter.

...So when she appeared as the rotting-faced babe guard-dogging Monica, is that the equivalent of when we make hand-shadows on the wall?
