Couldn't get it up the stairs. Or down the chimney flue.

Probably just as well. MIB would have had a hell of a time, trying to modify the plumbing in that old converted warehouse so that it could handle a day-to-day loading of hippopotamus poop. And, if you think what the squirrels did to Kath's tomatoes was bad, just imagine the havoc that would result from having a hippo wander through the roof garden!

I can't say whether I'd agree, as I've never tried it. Preparing it for a trial tasting seems easy enough, though. As the classic recipe says, "Start by skinning one medium hippopotamus..."
