The assumption is that the Lanthians (Atlanteans) were NOT the same as Homo Sapiens Sapiens, any more than Homo Neanderthalis is the same as Homo Sapiens - but they can interbreed.

Keep in mind that the various ancient technology that's been turned up were only capable of being used by Lanthians, which implies a genetic link that ISN'T HSS. So far, we know of two people left that can do that. One is the MIB agent whose name I can't remember right off of the bat - the vampire that Kath calls 'Mom'. The other is Kath. For that matter, considering the merger that happened with the 6 fetuses, we don't even know what Kath's lifespan might be. It might be normal human, it might be six times the normal span, it might be five regenerations :) It could even be 'immortal until killed'.

And that person sent an A-10 Warthog to defensestrate someone who was seeking to off her.
Hard to defenestrate someone not standing inside a building.

I was attempting to use a Bush joke there.

Isn't it Lilith? (I haven't checked; don't have the time right now as I'm on break.)

Dat der bunny. Technically 'Anisazi', but those were just the last of the Lanthians. Seems like that culture just lived for dying.

Which was the inspiration for a little book written by a TV copy writer that talks about towels, Vogon poetry, and 42?

(BTW: it's "Anasazi." "Etheitian" is what they called themselves, though the actual spelling depends on whether or not Pablo is paying attention when he writes it out. ;) )

Eh. I may or may not fix the spelling. I was trying to write it as people were calling and I was trying to get out the door, while working on a server.
