So, does that mean someone makes a beer that isn't bitter?

Once again, I'm reminded of the "MONICA BOUNCE!" strip from quite some time ago. However, given how bad train wrecks can be, a 12 car pileup could be considered a significant improvement.

Quite a few, apparently. Most of the bitterness comes from the inclusion of hops (or similar herbs) and there are styles which don't include hops in the brew.

There are recommendations there for Doppelbock, hefeweizen, Belgian blondes, many Octoberfest brews. Considering that the bar Atsaki is working in has a German theme, any of those might be on tap.

Avoid IPA.

Beer and yummy do not belong in the same sentence.

Remember, though, that Atsali can be about seven feet tall in fully human form, even before she starts going full birdy...

So either way, at least one of them wants her giant boobs in Nadette's face. I find that I am perfectly fine with this.

'Dette, of course, has no problems with the height issue. Nor with manhandling her beau's bosom.

Well, there was concern back in high school about what Nadette was going to do with her life. Maybe now she'll start working at a beer hall!
