My thoughts exactly, Hiroshi entered the room shortly before this monologue began and Castel still hasn't noticed.
I ride my bike to ride my bike, and sometimes it takes me where I need to go.

If he's not behind her, I'm going with it being the other girl interested in him. Leading to an exchange with Pickle angrily grousing about not wanting to go through this again.. and then getting cornered and having to admit the "again" to Scarlet.

In the last panel, Scarlett's eyes seem to be focused on something behind Castela...Opus the Poet wrote:My thoughts exactly, Hiroshi entered the room shortly before this monologue began and Castel still hasn't noticed.

She's kvetching at Scarlet for not having warned her what's going on with her hair.
Next, she'll probably yell something like "Why didn't you hit me with a rock to stop me from blabbering about Hiroshi, when he was standing right behind me?"
And, perhaps unfortunately, getting her to stop blabbering would be difficult, rock or no. Near-invulnerability has its downsides.
It's hard to interrupt an Unstoppable Force. Dangerous, too.

I'm going with both. Both the boy and his new satellite are standing behind her.
