I remember reading that Hephaestus built some servant women out of bronze, and we've already seen that in the Wapsi world the basics of Greek mythology have some truth behind them.

Bio note: Daylla and mom are made of living metal.
EDIT: Paul says she's non-ferrous.
Daylla is rather brazen at times.
lake_wrangler wrote:Are they still plantiform, or is that no longer canon?
I don't see why being made out of metal has to be limited to any particular taxonomic kingdom. Metal flowers, metal porcupines, metal mushrooms, metal bacteria. . .

Silver? GOLD???
A subspecies of Daylla's kind mutated and became pure plutonium, but that branch proved unstable and died off because their mating habits were too explosive.

Well, they have several golems who were made out of ash and clay, fused into an indestructible mineral that is able to mimic human bodies. It's a small step from hard rock to metal.

I thought golems were more into Prague rock. 8-)

But what about... Fraggle rock?
There is no such thing as a science experiment gone wrong.

To the Trash Heap with you! Boy, that one was a real Doozer.

FYI, my daughter watched it...:)

Better the trash heap than the Gorgs... At least, he might come out wiser for it...

BTW, I watched it, as a teenager...

That's OK. I have managed to download all the Muppets episodes, and thoroughly enjoy watching them. Just as I enjoyed watching the last two Muppets movies (laughing out loud all over the place), and will gladly watch reruns of the older Muppet movies, as well...

Puns are fun! (As are all other assorted word plays they do in those movies...)

Kermit: Make a left when you reach a fork in the road.
*camera switches to a giant three or four-pronged dining style fork sticking up from the ground, at an intersection*
Fozzy: Fork in the road...
*Fozzy turns left*
Kermit: I don't believe it!
