Someone called it, a day or two ago...

I'm hoping that the fact that she heard them be concerned for her and how to tell her will help convince her of their well meaning.

I also find it somewhat amusing that Timothy apparently had no idea whatsoever that Castela cared for him.

And, of course...

Residual effects of the temporal warping of the Calender machine. The Milky Way Galaxy is behind the rest of the universe by 80-something-thousand years in entropy p, cause-and-effect, and plain-ol' time, so it could be time anomalies are randomly catching things up.

Which is why the Wapsi time is all weird compared to ours.

Right. A few character's local temporal states fluctuated and tried to jump ahead, but it was too big a jump for the universe to support the paradoxes, so it sprang back. It will reach equilibrium in a while.

Awww Poor Cassie. I feel bad for her. At least I hope she knows Scarlet (who looks GREAT without her glasses) and Timothy don't want to hurt her feelings.
Maybe Castella will bump - or crash - into someone else at the Comic-con while in her state of shock. Can't wait till Monday.

Castela's big sister got up the nerve (probably for the first time) to ask a boy out on a date... which gave him the confidence to ask someone else out on a date...

... claiming it wasn't a date didn't work for avoiding that sort of result, I guess...

Might want to be careful throwing the word "freak" around in that area just about now. . .

This might be about the best way for her to find out. She's finding out the truth, without any misguided attempts to obscure it. She can have time by herself to process the news, without anybody to actively conflict with and set alight. By the time Scarlet or Timothy try telling her about it, she'll have had time to calm down. Maybe.

Either that, or without anybody there to moderate her actions, she'll just go totally off the deep end.
