Spider's friend, spider's friend,
Don't be dissin' a spider's friend.
Laugh at him, off it flies,
Catches her 'tween the eyes!
Look out, see where the spider lands!

Jumping spiders and flycatchers remind me of pugnacious dogs anyway, so this cracked me up.

Jumping spiders are an arachnophobic's nightmare.

I'm not phobic about spiders, but I really don't care for them. And despite this, I love jumping spiders.
But, in Amanda's defense, it is a bug jumping on your face.
That'll make a strong man jump...

Woo, haven't seen Amanda for a while.

Oh yes, Dietzel hates that joke. Last time, he made a gesture dogs shouldn't be able to make. Now he's called in the reinforcements.

Although unless Digit is from Krypton... which is not impossible in Wapsi Square... jumping onto the face of an arachnophobe COULD be fatal. For both of them.

Yanno how some people have Angels/Devils for a conscience? I have a Dark Elf ShadowKnight and a Half Elf Ranger for mine. The really bad part is when they agree on something.

Interesting that the last time we saw Dinky Dietzel vocalising it was real barks...

So, question: Did little Timmy ever actually fall down a well during the show? Or is their some other origin to that bit?

Apparently not... although he did get stuck in pipes, trapped in old mines, exit-challenged in a cistern with a bunch of bats, and I think there was one episode involving an obvious abduction by aliens (all copies quarantined by MIB and the memories of the viewers erased).

Lassie was the one who fell into a well.

Amanda, in Deitzel's small space
made remarks that she couldn't erase
the dog stood beside her
and summoned the spider
who then jump up onto her face

So Amanda who once was serene
did the old 'headless chicken' routine
ran in circles and shout,
grabbed her hair pulled it out
and muttered some phrases obscene

so the moral, (and here I remind it-
for the purpose to teach and to bind it)
When unfortunate rubble
goes looking for trouble
They're always amazed when they find it!!!

Well done on the limerick good sir. The poor little spider is just trying to make a point on proper social commentary. Ok on a side note maybe to scare the crap out of her to but thats just a minor thing.

The taxes would only be meaningful if you were actually earning income from the limericks, I think.

If it ever comes to that, you could probably do well by collecting them and selling them via a "print on demand" service such as Lulu. We'd miss having 'em here, though :(
