I'm afraid I have to agree with Andre the giant quoters here... Cheap/gaudy and mischievous don't really fit the bill here.

They might fit Sarge, but not Atsali, even with the randy rumors flying about.

Magnificently seductive minx would work better, and they would definitely perform the essential function of rumors: getting it all backwards. Atsali's not the one who makes the moves. She usually doesn't even catch the moves either, but that's beside the point.

It really does make all the difference. Opponents who are quite blase about a simple supersonic kinetic projectile tend to be taken offguard when the projectile is also a blade spinning at about 50,000 RPM.

Never liked the spin-up ones. At the velocities a plain simple dart is just as good as if your energy storage is good eough. All it's gonna do is turn to plasma on contact anyway.
