Someone beat me to it:

Drowsy Chaperone
Yanno how some people have Angels/Devils for a conscience? I have a Dark Elf ShadowKnight and a Half Elf Ranger for mine. The really bad part is when they agree on something.

Watson: Who is that Chaperon Holmes?
Holmes: Elemental My dear Watson, Elemental.
Ambush questions are fun. Watching the mental impact of them as they distort, or crumble, opinions based on faulty logic.

Conscience Wahnee, have you been drinking again???

 And she's supposed to be the responsible chaperone? The adults made a covenant with a coven aunt, but it's looking like that was a rum deal all around.

I think you're right, tombone... this probably won't end well. Although... it could be a good lesson for the young'uns. Seeing a powerful elemental, completely hung over, barfing into a thundermug, might be enough to teach them to be careful when they reach drinking age themselves.

No, I'm pretty sure Atsali just says 'chaperone' :)

It's like being asked to look after your niece and nephew for a while. If their parents wanted a responsible adult they would of hired someone instead :p

I wonder who the fifth person is or is it just the four of them?

Well it is possible for Connie to be the fourth person and still be the fifth... wheel...

Unless Shelly is hiding somewhere in the wings nearby, then this answers some questions about how autonomous Conscience can be.

Sure she could shape-shift the needed...equipment...but would they be 'working' testes? And with their leanings, that equipment may not even be desired...
And she would have to make the required parts fully-functional on purpose, so it couldn't really happen accidentally at least.

And DilyV gets a cookie for catching the reference! :D

I'd say "Your reference-catching skills are absolutely Stella" but that would be both meta and punnish at the same time, and there are probably people here would would hurt me for doing it.

Is it produced by Fox? They seem to have a huge crush on fail.

I really need to find a link for that 'That's Not How It Works' song.

I know someone had to be recording that guest speaker.

Pretty much a standard tactic in the industry. Most often seen because a) a network exec is being petty, or b) the show is popular with the "wrong demographic" (typically only if the show is aimed at boys/teen males but is equally or more popular with girls/teen females).
