It suggests that once a female passes the teenaged years they can be understood. I have seen nothing to this point that would support that hypothesis. While not scientific in nature, there is the fact that SWMBO (She Who Must Be Obeyed) might peruse these commentaries and I prefer a diplomatic "out"... while the qualifications seem narrow, the assessment is still quite true.
