Atsali had an unplanned change! And maybe laid an egg.

Ya know, i'm thinking of some fan art over at Misfile.
But i'm sure no-one else here would have any idea what i mean, right?

Considering the 10,000+ ways this event sequence could have been handled, I'm delighted that it's neither risqué, perverse, nor grotesque. It isn't glossing over consequence, biology, or function, but it taking things honestly, in turn, and in context.

And the wall art seems to be reasonably appropriate (considering the recent Forum references).
Re: Just leave 2014-05-02
would duct tape even work on Castela? We know the talk Kath and Atsali are gonna have... but Kath really needs to work on Castela's recognition of boundaries.

Sheesh, the wall art is so obscured in panels 1 and 3, that I first took its appearance in panel 2 to be some kind of brony (and hence incomprehensible) reference to "funny smell".Dave wrote:And the wall art seems to be reasonably appropriate (considering the recent Forum references).

Yes, there can be little doubt now that Paul was paying homage to MLP in Tuesday's comic.Dave wrote:And the wall art seems to be reasonably appropriate (considering the recent Forum references).

Moreover, Atsali seems to have Rainbow Dash twice, since the one in frame three is not the same art seen in panels one and two. Perhaps Atsali likes Rainbow Dash more than the rest of the Mane Six?Sidhekin wrote:Sheesh, the wall art is so obscured in panels 1 and 3, that I first took its appearance in panel 2 to be some kind of brony (and hence incomprehensible) reference to "funny smell".
Also, it's often a pain painting on brick; someone went above & beyond there.

There ARE two paintings/wall art. We see one on panel one and two, and part of the other on the adjacent wall in panel 3. Both are of Rainbow Dash.Wyvern wrote:Moreover, Atsali seems to have Rainbow Dash twice, since the one in frame three is not the same art seen in panels one and two. Yup, with this level of obsession there is only one conclusion. Atsali is Scootaloo.NOTDilbert wrote:There ARE two paintings/wall art. Re: Just leave 2014-05-02
One point I see from this weeks strips is Sali's ability to maintain a single form is suffering badly from the hormonal changes sweeping through her body. Her emotional state is becoming very mercurial and her form follows them. This could be a problem in school as there are lots of events that will trigger emotions there on a daily basis. While we clearly see what anger or irritation results in we have not seen what changes other emotions cause. When she sees that boy and get all warm and fuzzy inside what form might she change into now. With her being huddled under the blanket after her experience we do not know if she changed form in response to that.
I was right that Kathy would rush in to check on Sali. I am surprised that Castella did wake up though. Sali's volume must have really been loud.

Ambush questions are fun. Watching the mental impact of them as they distort, or crumble, opinions based on faulty logic.

This, definitely. Her stomping on Atsali's buttons is happening a little too often to be coincidence.NOTDilbert wrote:Or possibly her mouth?kingklash wrote:You think they need a big cork for Castela's jar?
