Scare For Fun 2013-12-30

Pickle and her classmates are just playing a game. Monica is right though, Pickle should have told her. Though Pickle set the bar pretty high for the next show and tell. How are they going to top the Jaguar girl?

The boy will be a faithful friend to everyone all his life. I wonder if Tim Burton had any influence on how the two center kids were drawn?

For some reason, I'm reminded of the wonderful game of that age group where you squeeze some gullible person's wrist, then "pull a ghost from it!" Eeek!

Or the good old paperclip-and-rubber band confetti booby-trap.

And so on...

Fixed. It was 6 AM here and I hadn't finished my morning yet so fumble fingers abound.

Well, points to everyone who said that scaring the kids was Castella's intent. And an extra point for Castella for scaring Monica in the process by not telling her the whole story. Though I agree with others in wondering what exactly Monica was trying to do if not scare people. :?

I wouldn't be so sure. They may know the drill but this would have been a special case I think. As far as we know the number of people out there who can teleport is very small (6?) so for her to suddenly appear with full astral flame effect would be quite startling. I think the usual way it would work is that the relative being introduced walks into the room in human form and then transforms (and makes funny/scary faces if necessary) for the kids.

I wonder... Not that I'm not honored, or that it's an obvious gag, but did I say in a comment that I liked Atsali's boo
ts? Well, they are fairly large.

Not silently - it's just an ultrasonic squee. Only the werepup can hear her.

*edit* And possibly Monica.

Pickle can top it if the door to the room is big enough, and IF she can talk Shelley to walk in as her full size sphinx form with a scowl on her face. Probably won't be a dry pair of pants in the class.

Not going to happen though, it wouldn't set the good example Shelley is trying to be. I would like to see her show up, in human form, as a volunteer to shepherd the class on a trip to the 'zoo'. Bet she would want a chance to hold a baby griffin too. Wouldn't you?
