Wow.... love the progression of Monica getting dressed...

I like how Monica is teaching Jet's demons to think for themselves and to lean on each other too... Authority, Guidance!!!! Authority!!!

NINJADILY!!!!

Yes; as much as we all enjoyed the naked Monica time, this elegantly shows her cycling down from Jaguar Girl mode into everyday humanity.

Judging from the way Monica has to nudge Guidance into speaking from a position of authority and the totally clueless response from Guidance, Jet must have been under the Tar's influence for a VERY long time... So long that the inner demons have no clue how to act now... I feel sorry for Jet and her demons...

I guess it's better than being hefted over Tsillah's shoulder butt nekkid and still reeling from the unexpected change... and face off.

If only getting dressed in the mornings was as effortless as clothes appearing on your body like that.

Some spooky theme music for the demons' new dynamic seems called for, right about now.

I love the way Monica is manifesting clothes here... it's wonderfully symbolic of her return from feral wrath to caring and empathy.

And now healing, in a safe space...

I get M being able to go anywhere, but demons calling on her help is new. Will the Twin Cities have to use...

I suggest Sonik Re-Entry by Tom Dissevelt and Kid Baltan. It was the spooky theme music for Fantastic Theater back in the day.

"Guidance" is kind of a sweetie, isn't she.

In that light it's quite amazing that she ,it, had Georgette running pretty well in her life, despite the horror inhabiting her C-space.
but, why 42?

I looked in and hadn't seen the update yet so I went back and was doing other stuff. I checked back, still hadn't updated, checked the forum, then went back to the comic, went previous, then last and it updated. I read it, checked the forum to see if anyone had posted. No one had but I hadn't gotten the name of the strip so I had to go back to the comic, then back to the forum to post. LOL How I got there first I'll never know!!! It was a long and arduous trip!!!

Well, I'm a guy so it only takes me like 30 seconds to decide what to wear but it would mean 30 seconds more sleep. Image

Why does that sound so naughty?

Guidance is a sweetie for sure... maybe not a Tina, but she's got potential.

Gee. Wow. I wonder if we will ever find out what the TAR was and why it invaded Jet. Unless Tina explains to them after they wake I guess we won't. Just love it when it's all action and no explanation. Does that make this an anticlimax?

Now Jet has the fun of leaning to deal with her inner demons. They've been unable to really do their jobs for a long time and now they will. I suspect several of the growing up stages never occurred for Jet and now she gets to deal with them. While Monica may thank Tina, I wonder if Jet will thank Monica in the end. Heck I wonder if they will even tell Jet about it. This is the type of thing that is supposed to be kept from the mortal unknowing.

Monica is in CSpace which obviously controlled by the mind of the entity in it. So the clothes are a figment of her imagination. Of course they just appear on her as she winds down from fixing things. She does sound a bit smug about it though. Time will tell.
Ambush questions are fun. Watching the mental impact of them as they distort, or crumble, opinions based on faulty logic.

So, instead of a Friday Cliffhanger, we're going to get a Friday Waterfallresolution?

Jet and M wake up, share a WTF WAZZAT moment, and then....

hey its the demon world... you just need to 'think' it!!

a better scene was ages ago, when M was too lazy - so they poited her pee & poop, and then poited her clothes on ready to push her out of the door!!! :D :D

Monica was raped. I find it highly unrealistic that she's this calm and put together such a short time after, even if she's just had an outburst about it. And telling the others how to deal with their pain when hers is even more fresh? I'm having trouble suspending my disbelief. I have not been raped, but I have been molested, and it took me years to come to terms with it. How could she do a 180 in mere minutes? I just can't find it believable.

This whole story arch has been troubling to me. I nearly quit the comic—the only reason I didn't was because I didn't want to end my memory of this story on such a nasty moment, so it wouldn't keep plaguing my thoughts. I think Pablo is a great artist and story teller, so for that I've been sticking around. But it seems the last couple of years have been getting more graphic, both in violence and in sexuality. It's his story and he can create what he likes, but I'm having more and more trouble stomaching it. ):

I was just wondering about that, Monica got over being raped a touch too fast IMHO. Killing Tar may have taken some of that away but still.... just saying
