Bud isn't "blowing her cover" parsé.

If the assertion is right that Brandi and SD Oduya work as different entities, Bud's action is a way of confusing the right ánd the left hand in one (bloody) sweep.

Brandi and SDO have no clue if "the other" has ordered something like this, hopefully leading to some huge "division by zero" and thusly there will be some time to separate the Nü Gui from Brandi.

As to hów this "separation" could work? I haven't the foggiest. but I bèt the "favours" come into play here.. Bud has a plan here, that much is clear. And given Bud's propensity to "think on her feet" we will see more hijinks to completely unbalance, upset, baffle and confuse our "haunted Golem"

The crystal in poor Suzie's décolleté is the key. Maybe Bud knows a way to "suck" the evil soul of the Nü-Gui into it, but needs an utterly baffled and confused Brandi for the link between Brandi and the Nü-Gui to break? (assuming Bud knows there's a crystal residing in Suzie's assets)

I think the point of this is Brandi won't snap out of it. Bud is the hurricane force leaf blower to SDO's intracate house of cards. I like the "safety protocol" angle. I wondered if this was the angle she was going for when she showed up in her "protector" mode. SDO will wonder if Brandi did put a failsafe in place to set Bud back to Acacia mode if something happened. SDO is working with the same mental equipment as her host, and will likely be just as flustered by the current turn of events as Brandi would have been. Poor Brandi just don't deal well with stuff that comes out of the blue at her. She's going to get totally buttflustered and spill the beans that she killed an entire civilization. I can't see Brandi honoring thier agreement after that, even if she didn't "technically" kill anyone. Hundreds of thousands are dead, and if it weren't for the intervention of agencys uknown (probably the Bibliothiki), Katherine and Atsali would be nuclear fallout right now.

Bud and Tina didn't really get along so well until they danced and had half the guys in Cerberus drooling all over the place. What if Tina is Bud's demon contact? Tina's demons wouldn't be physically hurting anyone, and she helps Brandi break the hold of the Nu Gui, giving her one more thing to be proud of herself for. God Love her, Tina is a real sweetie.

If this is an attempt to swing things back to wondering whether or not Kath and Atsali survived this mess, I think our intrepid twosome are just fine and riding things out in "da Belleh"... but it leaves questions about the safety code and why Bud didn't obey it and Kill Kath on sight.

The only explanation I can think of here is that Kath, while ethetian, knew absolutely nothing of her own heritage until Atsali spilled the beans... ergo, could know nothing about Golums (outside of that skinny, stinky lil fella in the lord of the rin... er... never mind... ) LOL

As far as Bud following the word of the order, as a programmed protector, I would imagine she has a bit of omnipotence about her or um... Prescience... She just knows without being told what the right thing to be done is. Along this line, why else would so go straight for Suzie and the Crystal? Bud wasn't there when the crystal was put there by Lily. How else would she know it was there? In any other situation, Brandi would be the glaring threat, but with the out of the blueness taking effect, Brandi is neutralized for the moment. Bud's violent reaction to SDO's little skeeter will keep SDO off balance. Bud may be prescient, but she has no idea what capacity the skeeters are playing here... smarter to look at them as Brandi back up than to think them harmless pawns (something that could literally come back to bite her in the ass... of course that might tickle... the arc welder did...).

I know that Bud is Acacia... I'm using Acacia when referring to her way back when (because that's what Brandi called her) to differentiate between the modern Bud and ancient Acacia persona's. Easier to know which part of Bud we're talking about.

There is no way Bud can know about the crystal in the cleavage. She does know that this is probably not the way to really kill a vampire permanently. This is aimed at pushing SDO over the edge so she reacts instinctively rather than by reason. That should give the opening for Bud's other allies a chance to spot an opening and strike. It also tells Lilly that she is an etheitian and on SDO's supposed hit list. What that accomplishes I don't know. But all of this is a mental overload for SDO and is coming at her so fast she can't react in an effective way.

I doubt the crystal they have will do anything for them at Mesa Vedie. There is no place for it to be slotted into and the computer it works with has blown up. So it is now a secondary issue until Sali can have it. Since Sali is the computer now probably only she can access the information in it.

How does she know the crystal is tucked away in cleavageville? I have a suspicion Bud waylayed our fearless vamps in some manner and filled them in on her little romp before they arrived. So with them in on Bud's plot, they would be prepared for a bit of deep penetration for a good cause.

Still, she seems to be overdoing it. She's so far in she could do a pelvic exam on Suzy.

Pratt & McBride found the crystal in the wall back at the temple in the desert; granted, we don't know what it was doing there, but if it worked with that gate then it'll work with others. I'm quite sure it isn't some useless McGuffin (well, it might be useless now that it may have been blended with McBride's anatomy).

I don't believe Acacia Budur has multiple personalities. I'm not sure why anyone would believe that. Well, possibly SDO is considering that possibility right about now ...

She does however have different roles, to different people, and I have been trying to refer to her by the name most associated with those, like Budur in relation to the MiB, Bud to the other contemporary closer associates (the non-MiB younguns, "sweet" Brandi and the other golems, probably Nudge), and Acacia to most olduns (Euryale, the Etheitians and the complex computer, probably Bia).

Sorry if by that I've been confusing people.

Logic, I know a misplaced item on a forum. lol. The crystal replaced one of the glyphs for the stargate control at the spider carving. Lilly noticed that it was not normal for it to be there. That means it is only at that gate control point. Unless they plan to rip a glyph control out and shove the crytal in there is no open slot for it. In fact it actually replaced one of the glyph controls. Why is not known but guessed at.

It was being used a buffer to collect information at the gate it was found at, or so Lilly surmised. It probably would work at other gates but only for collecting information. To read the data required an IO device for it, IE: The computer in the crystal cave, or now Sali.

It isn't blended with McBride, it was simply stored. McBride is not the correct race for it to work with, Pratt is. Now if the crystal was shoved into Pratt she might be able to read it but I doubt it.

I was talking about Bud punching McBride through the chest, which may have crushed the crystal and mixed the pieces with McBride's interior.

Almost-serious question for everyone here: When I type something, it makes sense to ME; is that not the case with others? Because people seem to be misunderstanding me a lot lately.
