What a cute pooch!
Yanno how some people have Angels/Devils for a conscience? I have a Dark Elf ShadowKnight and a Half Elf Ranger for mine. The really bad part is when they agree on something.

His eyes compel me to leave a backpack of rawhide chewies near his favourite napping place.

Sorry. She's lovely.
If I were anywhere near, she'd get lots of them. I cannot resist giving pets healthy(as per breed) treats.

1-1/2oz. Hot Damn 100
1-1/2oz. Bombay Sapphire gin(traditionally Sloe gin, but I love my Bombay)
1-1/2oz. Cointreau
1-1/2oz. Galliano(it's traditionally Jagermeister, but I traditionally hate it, so I use this...lovely vanilla notes in it too)
Bacardi 151
Add to shaker(no ice), or layer(but I prefer it shaken)place in glass, then float 151 on top and ignite, blow out flame, shoot!

Listening to this while drinking these is perfection.

Oh, and it's called, "The Rockstar".

Tell me of a better drink to go with this song(or this sexy guy singing it), I dare you!

No! Resist the force! For she will only buy yummy dog biscuits and skweeeky fluffy toys that will be reduced to a disemboweled pile of fluff in a wag of a tail.

And she is sneaky, hiding under warm blankets until you leave your snacks unguarded...

Make me want to pull out my Queen LP's and spin a few tunes. The '77 concert in Houston is a hazy memory...

Lucky you could see them live. He left this Earth while I was a senior in high school. My parents wouldn't let me goto a rock concert alone until I was an adult(and they could no longer prevent it). Softer music was less of an issue(like Tears for Fears or Genesis). If it were country, they paid my way, and embarrassed me...I mean joined me. Daddy loves rock music, but never went against her wishes.
Oh, and Stevie Ray was a-okay...but as luck would have it, my tickets went unused.

Nothing against Townshend and May's fretwork, but if I could remove the instruments from Queen and the Who songs, I'd prolly never take my headphones off, because Daltrey and Mercury have such yummy voices. Josh Groban already sings without much background, so stripping away the orchestra is not too difficult. So yeah, these three...

Those three voices...*happy grin*

Woah...
I'd never really thought of the world of possibilities of non-alcoholic mixed drinks...

I can get at least some of the interesting mixtures of flavors without the whole alcohol snafu.

(Yes, I know that's an acronym)
He's mister GlytchMeister, he's mister code
He's mister exploiter, he's mister ones and zeros
They call me GlytchMeister, whatever I touch
Starts to glitch in my clutch!
I'm too much!

I was the designated bartender for all of my siblings parties. I had to sometimes redesign non-alcoholic drinks on the fly.

At one point, I had Monin's entire sirop line, an old-fashioned seltzer bottle...
...and in addition your basic high end, high powered whiskeys, Vodkas, and Tequila's, I also had pre-made various salts and sugars, throwaway bar gear and glassware, pre-made contracts for parents and kids to sign, and a safe for the car keys. I also kept both Champagne, and sparkling juices. Spending top dollar for a bottle of alcohol that lasts more than a year, versus a cheap bottle that might get tossed in a month(or drank and purged in a single night). I think I'll spring for the good stuff.

Rule breakers got picked up by parents and given a two weekend penalty. Nobody ever broke it a second time.

I've gone to so many wine, cordial, single-malt, other specialty tastings.
In my younger years, I've schmoozed(yes, shamelessly flirted) with high end bartenders in Chicago to learn how to develop fun mocktails, mockshots, virgin mixers and make them look and taste fun.

Why should being a teetotaller, or designated driver be boring?

My son's asleep, meaning the cherries are mine. Somehow, it's not as fun.

Bombay Sapphire Gin
Martini & Rossi Vermouth
Dash of Angostura bitters
Squeeze of lime
Giffard's Creme de Violette
Seltzer
Cherries

Not measured, just poured until colour came out pretty, then added to iced shaker, and topped with seltzer and garnished with cherries.
