Franz's Tokyo Beer Garden

Not sure if this should be in the Pub section or in GD, so here goes:
There are a LOT of posters on the Book of Face who would absolutely LOVE to go to a place like the Biergarden that Atsali and Skylar are working at in Tokyo.
Imagine: wait staff dressed up as paranormal characters (succubi, vamps, whatever), while drinking beer in a somewhat-authentic German-style beer garden.
Opinions? Money to get one together? Desire to work there?
