Oddly enough, the swirly eyes and the choker are the only things I recognize of the in-comic Tina...

Thats a very good point;
- Tina was always a Hippy, Curvy, on a 'Thinnish Frame' type gal*, &
- Despite the Pin Ups usually being more busty in nature for any given character, the evolution of both Katerine and Tina has seem them 'grow' a bit.
I'm OK w/ somebody being somewhat Inverted, vs the Monica template; Thicker Thighs & only Medium Bust at best, er Biggest...
Having said that, I fully realize Its Not My Strip.
*- A little bit Older
Chyler Leigh comes to mind...

Considering that Tina is a conglomerate of demons, should anyone be surprised that her looks tend to change wildly over time?

Point is, she's now being portrayed as a conglamorate of demons. That's a bit of a job change. What's next... Tina the fashion model?

My mind is trying to do something creatively weird with "conglamorate" - I know that the root word is "glamor" but I don't yet know which meaning...

One of the pivotal points in the Arc that is Monica, and Wapsi in general, and you'd be hard pressed to know that Tina is there too...

Well, Taz, you got me started.
Not too far into that sequence is this enigmatic rendition of Tina, raising her Aspect and wielding her Attribute:
- 2010-03-01-quite-obvious.jpg (99.3 KiB) Viewed 32632 times
and I decided to see what I could do with it.
- Tina2-scaled.jpg (47.72 KiB) Viewed 32633 times
This is the results of about four hours of me screwing around with The GIMP, and that Wacom Intuos 12" drawing tablet I found in a thrift store a couple of weekends ago.
I decided to do this one a bit differently than my earlier Wapsi-related fanart works. In this one, there's not a single pixel which is taken directly from Paul's original. I printed out the original, taped it to the tablet, and sketched the outlines and critical details, and then did everything else as layers using the sketch as a guide. As I'd hoped, it's worked out to be a good exercise for learning my way around the tablet and the GIMP interface quirks for it.
The eyes in her palms are based on the eyes of a "bearded dragon" lizard, and the flame behind her is from the Carr fire here in California last summer. Her skin tone and eye color are from the color cheat-sheet that Atomic did some years ago, which I converted into a GIMP palette.
Do we know the correct colors for her choker? I'm completely faking it here.
Its's definitely not done yet - a lot of the original details need to be replicated through freehand sketching. I may well re-do the hand tattoos/flames.

I was thinking, given your use of creative elements, you might think of using a small picture of Monica in those eyes (reversed, of course) representing what Tina's palms are facing...

IIRC, Tina's choker is lavender with a white (opal?) stone.
Good stuff on your work!
