Just saw this for the first time.
I have to admit, when looking at the face and eyes, you had me fooled: I thought you might have taken an original drawing from the comic, and pasted it on a different image. Then I noticed the hands, and the slightly longer left sleeve (her left, our right), and realized this was your own drawing.
Well done.
One nitpick, though: we do know that Monica is only 4'10", but in your image, she looks shorter... Particularly when compared with the picnic table behind her.
Other than that, that is a very nice drawing of Monica. The pose is a little rigid/stiff/static, but we can definitely recognize it as being Monica. The proportions in and of themselves are fine. It's only when juxtaposed with the background image that she looks shorter than usual.
