I've had salted caramel cheesecake with a dark chocolate and scotch bonnets drizzle, and those are close in Scovilles.

I've also had a hot chocolate that was supreme dark chocolate, naga jolokia, heavy cream, and cane juice.

I ADORE chocolate blended with a good hot pepper.

(Dave drools in an unsightly fashion. Zits and hypoglycemic aftershock be damned; Dave wants one of those! Preferably while sitting in a cabin at Sorensen's, by a nice wood fire, having spent the day with Gwen snowshoeing through pristine snow on the local fields and well-frozen lakes.)
