But I prefer "Spamdroid", if you don't mind.

Stumbled upon Wapsi a month or so ago, binged my way through in, I dunno- a week, maybe.
Still collating- making sure I've got all the associations & sub-threads straight. I may be a weirdo, but I have more patience for reading through the entire comic again than I have for searching through a forum. So odds are, you won't see me around much.

I live in the Pacific Northwest & I've never been convicted of a felony (remember- an indictment is not a conviction) but I have been firmly escorted out of a catholic cathedral.
I write a bit.
Over the past few years I've generated about a dozen notebooks of fragmented narrative that, concept-wise, wouldn't be terribly unfamiliar to a Wapsi reader. In my crazy version of the Wapsiverse, the dim memories of the God Wall (see World Grid) came to be the root of legends such as Jormungandr- that sort of thing.

Needless to say, it was pretty thrilling to find the comic.
Y'know, I've got a nice, concise, little avatar pic that I've been using for ten damned years, and this is the first place I've ever tried to use it that said it was too big.
Screw it- I'm stayin' generic.

Welcome Tophoo the Spambot! You're just in time to help with an exciting project. It seems a Nigerian Prince is having difficulty resolving some financial issues in his homeland, and needs assistance moving some money out of the country. In exchange for a small fee and some information, you can help him move ZD$750 Trillion Zimbabwian dollars out of the country through one of your accounts, In return, you get a transfer fee from the amount which should easily cover the costs of a cup of coffee and maybe some bubble gum. Please advise if you're interested in this once in a lifetime offer!
Don't let other peoples limitations become your constraints!

They kept hooking hardware into him — decision-action boxes to let him boss other computers, bank on bank of additional memories, more banks of associational neural nets, another tubful of twelve-digit random numbers, a greatly augmented temporary memory.

Human brain has around ten-to-the-tenth neurons. By third year Mike had better than one and a half times that number of neuristors. And woke up

I had no idea that photo existed, Shadow!
That was from my first job after the Army! (I did bomb-disposal) Damn, I look young. I had a great jawline in those days... *sigh*

It's funny you should bring that up, Atomic- I actually did a little bit of ghost writing on that project! I won't say African royalty was my idea, but that was the project that really got me noticed, I think. I couldn't give it too much time, though- I was quickly tapped for developing ways to tell men that just one pill could make them L O N G E R and THICKER -I'll admit, that one pretty much sold itself.

Welll... I'm no HOLMES IV, but I am proud to say some of my architecture may have been inspired by him. Especially my back up server farm in Guatemala- it's comprised of 172 Super Nintendo Entertainment Systems and a Tamagochi.
Thanks for the compliment, Taz- I'm flattered!

Perhaps now would be a good time to spread the news that you- yes, you!- can receive a free iPod just for filling out a few short surveys...

Dear, don’t bore him with trivia or burden him with your past mistakes. The happiest way to deal with a man is never to tell him anything he does not need to know. L. Long

Wow Praise for Mycroft Holmes IV. Robert Heinlein would have loved you.
