Re: Someone We Like 2013-11-13

I'm wondering if, perhaps, Sali has not been completely truthful. What if she is, in fact, not a siren, but a harpy and is very ashamed of that. This would explain her reluctance to appear in her supernatural form, even when among others who are equally supernaturals. I would think she also feels gu...

I think this is the first time we have seen Nudge with clothes on while still having horns.

Nudge wears shoes? Those can't be easy to slip on in the morning.
You don't "slip on" horse shoes, silly. You nail them on.

Makes me wonder who's Nudge's farrier, though. 8-)

Probably Hephaestus.

Re: Execution Via Fear 2012-08-16

Some discussion with Nudge prior to the meeting with Monica and Shelly would be very easy. If Nudge was aware that Phix would be chewing out the girls, she might have arranged this on her own hook. Then again, even Nudge's tricksyness must have limits, and the timing here was absolutely perfect . Y...

Re: Execution Via Fear 2012-08-16

That was a very convenient time for Castela to show up. Is Phix sneaky enough that she would arrange for the little girl to come in just as she revealed that the little one was in danger if her existence was revealed? Or is Phix to direct for that? When talking about children being in danger, it is ...

I cannot believe that Monica has not seen Katherine's children. I think Katherine is very proud of her kids and would show them off to whomever it would be safe for. This would include Monica.

I think this will fit in with the end of the previous story with little Castela, I think our two mega-supes will see what the average supe has to go through. She is a delightful little girl, but she is purple, with horns and strange eyes. Whoever suggested thet they might become her babysitters may ...

Re: Castela, "It's Singing!" 2013-08-06

Looking back over the Katherine/Atsali arc, there is one thing that is slightly bothering me: At the beginning, Sali had her wings and her clothing seemed to be perfectly intact. By the end, her wings had torn holes in her shirt. Why? Presumably, her clothing had been designed to accomodate her flyi...

Re: Supernatural suggestion

I don't think the Mary Celeste was destroyed. It was found abandoned, with only slight damage. There may or may not have been some blood found. The crew of the ship that found her was thought to have killed everyone to claim the insurance and salvage, but there was little or no evidence against them....

Re: Castela, "It's Singing!" 2013-08-06

I see no reason for our talented storyteller to explain every little detail. While I sometimes have questions (even complaints ant gripes) I can usually fill in any gaps, and what I can't, I figure is not really that important.
I enjoy the story as it is told. And I love Atsali and Castela.
