Re: Update 2023-07-24

I haven't seen anything specific. Paul has put up a couple of drawings on eBay in the last couple of days, I believe, so that's a reasonably good indication that he's alive. 8-)

Re: More Stuff

It sounds as if you (personally, and your whole family) are working your ways through this difficult time of transition in a responsible way. At times like this, I guess, that's the best that anyone can do. We can't ever change what's happened, and there's no real benefit in playing "what if?&q...

That's some high-quality parenting we see there! Supportive, acknowledges strengths and good decision making, requires acceptance of responsibility for the consequences of actions, and has a good grasp of details.

Re: Sgt. Howard's Wedding- comments section

During the dark ages, man found out he could kill dragons. It escalated from there... Indeed so. It was a sorry time. As I recall, the real action occurred in what's now Germany. The humans there learned how to kill dragons... and hunted dragons to extinction. The Drachen, the Lindwürmer - all gone...

Re: Out Of Trouble 2023-07-06

It's natural enough, and I don't think it has to do with Atsali specifically. Castela is the Blackthorn - both cosmically, and (in part) genetically. Her vines almost certainly bear a biochemical resemblance to the leaves and branches of a blackthorn tree. One of the animals which lives on the leave...

You Win 2023-06-22

https://wapsisquare.com/comic/you-win This second example makes an ironic sort of good sense. Mindy is using the incidental sounds generated by humanity to created a creepy atmosphere of a haunted house. Consider humanity's history and reputation. For a lot of the para species, humans may be "t...
