Re: Photo Album

Full Metal Jacket and Apocalypse Now. 8-) The Mickey Mouse March has never been the same since I saw Full Metal Jacket . . . . Heheheheh. And a couple from Ludwig Van with a Christmas song thrown in for good measure. (Die Hard, Clockwork Orange) I had a fun conversation regarding firearms and the f...

Jasper was looking over my shoulder earlier and remarked... Daddee, why must we has kittie piktures.jpg When we can has beautiful doggie pitchures with no stinky kitties.jpg We had a friendly stray kitty show up earlier this year. It was young and not intimidated by Jasper which befused J to no end...

Re: Anyone Want Some Grapefruit?

I'm going to be in the same boat soon, hope you left the seat warm! Selling the place I've been at since '94, moving into Houston. Closer to work, quicker response time to the folks when necessary. Reason for getting out? Harvey. Tired of remodeling, Harvey made it the fourth time. And I was just g...

Re: Sites to purchase and download music from, aside from iT

I use Amazon, as well as iTunes, but iTunes likes to choke on my digitally set up storybook albums(set from old records), plus kiddos nano was lost/stolen, and replacing it's expensive.

Not if she's familiar with The Graduate at all, no.

I'd think for epic levels of blushing, she'd have Jimi Hendrix set up.

Re: Bad Jokes II

This afternoon, Gwen and I went to see a local theater company's performance of Sweeny Todd. Quite well done... there were some fine voices among the players, and one of our favorites in the company had the vital role of Mrs. Lovett and did a wonderful job of it. Gwen was a bit surprised to see tha...

(I'm partial to Red Ales myself, but too often they are just colored red ...) Leinenkugel has a nice seasonal I snag on rare occasions. The rest gets used for cooking unless certain company is visiting because food allergies suck. SO drinking barley based beverages goes against the grain? I have en...

Flu Bug is mid-cycle: I'm sitting here at the keyboard w/ a black cat on one hand ('the Hole in the Darkness') and a Camp Cup (enameled metal, big'n sized) on the other. It's nothing fancy, just an English Breakfast tea-bag from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, I think it's swag from a Hotel Stay, but a...

Re: Local Beer Gardens and Micro-Brews in General

I'm awful regarding beer. I tend to cook with it, as most beer doesn't agree with me.

Been trying various beers since legal age, and managed to find one seasonal I like enough to actually buy for casual consumption.

Several glances, and I still fail to see why folks are upset.

Not like the child was facing him (back to the audience) and taking a bite out of the loaf. Also, I don't know how many phalluses are that wide, nor loaf shaped with angled slits.

Too many idiots that don't know squat about anatomy.

TNR "barn" cats. Make sure they have adequate shelter in inclement weather, and food and water when rodent population is low. I hate animal cruelty, even when necessary. Cats are a 100% all-natural solution. Before anyone says allergies, I do, and am owned by a cat. At my old place, roomie...

My car is ultra shiny...covered in a lovely layer of glass...er ice.

Someone forgot to pay the Devil's rent this month(not that this homesick Yankee minds much).

Not as bad as they feared(it didn't get cold enough to stick too bad). Kids got a "snow day".
